DaD Model
Our model is designed so that investors participate over time in multiple investments and also get specific opportunities to invest in companies they prefer within our portfolio. The DaD Model is a supportive ecosystem for startups with the most efficient use of resources. This kind of model helps later-stage funds identify projects that have already been invested in, and therefore have taken the prerequisites, i.e. good management, sustainable, scalable business model, to achieve successful first, second and third round investments.

Geographical Access In China
DaD Asia currently has projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou and Huxi. By partnering up with tech parks, VCs and universities in Hangzhou, Sichuan and Dalian, DaD Asia is beginning national expansion to reach the widest pool of entrepreneurs. DaD Asia has opened contact with partners in Wuhan, Shenzhen, Guangzhou Suzhou and Nanjing, to expand the network further.
Our strong local partners who aid is in scouting for new entrepreneurs include: technology and software parks, bloggers, incubators and VCs, as well as business schools in China.
A Proven, Successful Model
In the previous months DaD group has already got three successful exits:
1) Tuenti – the “Spanish Facebook” was sold to Telefonica for over $99 million USD.
2) BuyVip, the leading online shopping community in Europe was sold to Amazon for over $96 million USD.
3) Xplane – provides social business design services was sold to Dachis Group, strengthening their position as the world leader in Social Business Design:(The average IRR was over 95%).
