DaD Asia’s first family event

On March, 31^th DaD Asia held the first family Event. Six DaD Asia’s invested companies participated in the Event. They are: New cogs, Kuukie, 51intern, Qiumi , Ruoqi and Instreet.

The topic of the event is how to find the talents for the start ups and make them stay. At the beginning of the event, DaD Asia discussed about the business needs of different phases of a start up with the entrepreneurs, and made the conclusion of relevant organization structure. Based on that, according to different companies’ different HR needs, we discussed about the lowest cost way of the recruitment. As the hub of  the whole investment ecosystem, except providing some recruitment channels, we also coordinate the invested companies human resources and share the talent bank.

Moreover, the event also talked about the strategies and system to make the talents stay. During the discussion, entrepreneurs had a brain storm by using the roles exchange and imitation,  learnt some different recruitment skills to deal with different talents.
